Supplier Training
The course will provide practical knowledge to the attendees so they understand the key issues in social compliance and how to introduce systems to improve their company's performance. There will be a number of interactive exercises in which attendees participate in the development and review of management systems. These exercises feature team involvement based on real-world case studies from SA8000 certified factories in China, India and other countries.

SA8000 Auditor Training
(Note: - This course is conducted through SAI accredited training companies)
The five-day Basic Auditor course trains certification auditors and professionals from a wide range of backgrounds and interests. Over the years the course has drawn auditors, corporate compliance staff, government officials, academics, and trade union and NGO representatives. The course provides practical knowledge on the use of SA8000 and the opportunity to learn and network with a wide range of participants. It is the first step towards becoming an accredited SA8000 auditor. The course provides training in:
The course provides good insight to auditors on the parameters of acceptable performance, concentrating on objective evidence and information gathering that can differ substantially from the ISO and related system audits in operation today. It includes interactive exercises for students to develop action plans, and "role-play" situations, which require team involvement in case study scenarios. The class concludes with a two-hour examination taken online within one week of the final day of the course to ensure that each student has absorbed the critical teaching points successfully
